NEWS

Urgent news will be disseminated by Email to those members providing an Email address.  Otherwise, notes of non-urgent news and BOS meetings will be posted on the web within 3-5 business days of the meeting.   Notes of all meetings will be discretionary and dependent upon the items referenced on the Agendas and the relative importance and value of the information resulting from those meetings.

MEETINGS

When general public information meetings (no membership card needed) or specific significant matters (membership card needed) regarding development and/or education issues need discussion or collaboration in a public forum, we will use facilities located in Newtown Township such as the Knights of Columbus Hall and the various available church halls, school building rooms or auditoriums when and where available.   Otherwise, normal communications will be via postings on the Website and by Email (preferred), mailings, or telephone.
